PCD is celebrating 40 years of excellence as an Audio / Video Integrator. Companies are not around for 40 years without many satisfied clients. We would like to share some comments we have recently received:

As a Construction Management firm in the Bay Area for over twenty years, we have had the opportunity to work with PCD, Inc. on numerous projects. One recent project was the Mountain View Whisman School District’s District Office Board Room- Audio Visual System. The PCD team was professional and collaborative throughout the project and, as the project manager for this project, it is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation.

Our congregation contracted PCD to develop and implement our new state-of-the-art AV system during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Their installation manager and the team were very professional and thorough during the whole process. Also, the assigned technician was very knowledgeable of the system in answering all our questions during the installation. Lastly, the PCD technician returned to re-educate us on the new system after being out of our building over the last year. He also fined tuned our system before we re-opened on June 6 of this year.

We contracted PCD to design and install a new PA system in our main auditorium during the Covid-19 Pandemic. John Rudolph and the rest of the team were extremely professional and helpful throughout whole process. John Rudolph worked with me and my team to go through all the options for our room. Once we had selected a D&B speaker system PCD worked with the manufacturer to design the system for our room and model it ensure the system would work flawlessly. They were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with everything I threw at them. The install and the quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. The D&B system that PCD installed sounds and performs perfectly. The whole process went great and I’m looking forward to contracting PCD again.

PCD has been very responsive to any service needs which have arisen, and their willingness to take responsibility for the quality of their work remains unusual in a day and age when service has become an outdated concept.

I have found PCD's management, customer service representatives, and technicians a pleasure to work with and recommend them without reservation to anyone needing AV services.
