PCD had the opportunity to install the Audio / Video and PA system at the NEW EPA Center in East Palo Alto, a creative youth arts and music center.

The center includes:

• “The Vibe” Dance Studio
• “The Mix” Recording Studio
• “The Boom” Black Box Theater
• “The Jam” Music Studio
• And “The Splat” Art Studio
  
  This a sustainably designed LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Certified Facility.

We have included the link to EPA Center, which includes a “tour” of the beautiful facility designed by world renowned architect Kulapat Yantrasast.

“The Boom” Black Box Theater consists of an Extron Pro 350 Control System, QSC CXD4.5Q-NA amplifier with up to 5000 continuous watts of power, JBL speaker system with 2 JBL subwoofers and Shure microphone system featuring the SM58 Vocal System. A Yamaha TF5 Digital Mixing Console with 33 Motorized Faders and 32 XLR-1/4" Combo Inputs is being used. AVID Pro Tools recording software is used with an Apple computer.

“The Mix” Recording Studio is set up with AVID Pro Tools HD recording software with an iMac Pro, Dynaudio Speakers / Monitors and a Samsung video monitor.

“The Jam” Music Studio has an Ashly 8 input stereo mixer, JBL speakers and Denon Professional CD player. The room includes an NEC 80” display.

PCD installed versatile systems throughout the facility.
