At PCD we design, install and fine-tune sound systems to fulfill the needs of theatrical productions and musical performances in schools, auditoriums and other multipurpose rooms on campus. Now that school is back in session, and new students and staff are on campus, PCD can optimize your AV systems and train your staff in the best use of your systems for your space.

PCD can calibrate your sound system by cleaning equipment, performing system turn-on procedures, updating firmware, checking all connections, adjusting projectors, checking ventilation at the AV rack, testing controls, performing system turn-off procedures, and testing overall system for maximum performance.

We will work with your Director, teaching staff, and/or student body to determine optimal use of your system in your space.

Keeping in mind that louder isn’t necessarily better, a fine-tuned system will make all the difference for your audience to enjoy each and every production! The amount of time our technicians spend on site will vary depending on each AV system and campus, but our “fine-tuning session” generally lasts 2 to 4 hours. The cost will run from $500 a session and up.
